The Racine area which includes the communities of Racine, Caledonia,
Mount Pleasant, Sturtevant, Wind Point, North Bay, Elmwood Park,
Franksville and extreme eastern Raymond and Yorkville has over 80 parks.
These parks range from small community parks about 0.08 acre to large campgrounds and
bicycle trails up to 378 acres in size. Below is a list of Racine area parks and their addresses -
Note parks do not always have addresses so the closest address is listed
for use in computer mapping programs.
County Line Park
8001 County Line Road
Donated to the town of Caledonia by King Ehrlich Reality this park
consists of undeveloped
park wetland and forest located on the south side of the Racine-Milwaukee
County Line.
Cozy Acres Trails
6400 Durand Avenue
Featuring nature trails, this park is accessible from Stuart - McBride Park.

Crawford Park
5101 Chester Lane
Near Four Mile Road, Behind Green Tree Center off of Chester Lane. This
Caledonia Town Park has 2 lighted baseball fields, 2 picnic shelters, trails
and 3 playgrounds.

Small Park with Children's Playground and access to the North Shore
Bicycle Trail.
Douglas Park

Home of the Caesar Chavez Community Center. Baseball Diamond

East Park
1001 South Main Street
Located in front of Gateway Technical College, East Park has this is the country's first statue to include Mary Todd Lincoln. Mrs. Lincoln visited Racine in the summer of 1867 to inquire about schooling for son Tad.

Elmwood Park

Evans Park
14700 Washington Avenue - Union Grove
Totaling 66 acres, Evans Park is located 1/4 mile west of I-94 on
the north side of State Highway 20. Featuring several non-reservable
picnic areas with picnic tables and grills, a small rain shelter, and an
unmarked nature-hiking trail. The majority of this park remains
undeveloped.

Festival Park
5 Fifth Street
Dedicated in 1987, Festival Hall received a merit award from the Wisconsin Society of Architects in 1988. Festival Park also includes a children's play area.
Offers a great view of the Fourth of July Fireworks.
