The city of Racine posted their trick or treating hours on Oct. 31 (trick-or-treating on Halloween, go figure!) from 4-6 p.m.
Anyone know about the rest of the local communities?

Due to public input, the City of Racine common council and the Mount Pleasant Village Board have moved their trick or treat hours to 5PM-7PM.
Caledonia has not yet finalized their hours.
Make sure to check right up to Halloween itself to make sure your community's hours have not changed.
