On this being the inauguration of our 44th president, I've decided to become a member of this forum. I thank you all from the great city of Racine for allowing me to be here among the great people of this proud city. I wish to tell everyone that in spite of current city events,there is still hope and time for building a future for our city, and in order to build and to grow, we must all be a part of Racine. Don't just read about it in the papers or see it on TV. Become a name in the paper. Become a face on TV because you were there as part of an event in Racine. Try to become an active member of all Racine has to offer. Racine is also about to embrace a new leader, a new mayor. I would like to ask all citizens to place your trust and faith in whoever this new individual may be... Racine is ready for new leadership. Keep in touch with the new mayor as well as each other on this forum. Send out e-mails, phone and visits to the mayor and each other here. Restore the Racine that we once knew, a place of trust and love and prosperity. Thank you once again Racine and God bless you all.
