Racine: Frozen Custard

Although not original to nor unique to the Racine area, Wisconsin's frozen custard has become so popular that the Southeastern Wisconsin communities sell more Frozen Custard than anywhere else.

Frozen custard is a gourmet ice cream. It must be at least 10% butterfat and it must contain atleast 1.4% by weight of egg yolk.

When stopping in Racine, you should not overlook the frozen custard.
